- Typical report delivery time and report format.
Ask for a sample report
A sample report shows whether the inspector explains significance and next steps or simply produces hundreds of checkboxes. Look for clear photos, location details and recommendations that distinguish monitor/maintain from urgent specialist evaluation.

Price is not the only comparison
